If you are not, or if you've had a change of heart, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order that you wish to return your item.  The item must then be returned within 7 days of notification for a full refund. The item must be in an as-new, resaleable condition.

A copy of the sales invoice must accompany all returned goods. We do not refund postage costs unless the products are incorrect or faulty.

If you are returning as-new items at your own cost, please get proof of postage in case your item gets lost in the post.

Once your return has been confirmed as OK, we'll refund what you've paid for it within 7 working days.
